Stuffed Roma tomato, arborio rice, mushrooms, corn, eggplant
2nd:
Spaghetti, e.v.o.o poached tuna, tiny heirloom tomatoes, oregano
3rd:
Tomato brined pork loin, grilled radicchio, crushed purple potatoes, tomato jam
4th:
Tomato short cake, basil goat cheese mousse, candied tomatoes, watermelon
