Saturday’s Locavores Dinner – The Tomato Menu

Chef Michael E. Bonk has prepared an amazing menu for our sixth Locavores Dinner, which features local, tomatoes. Remember it’s just $35 for four courses of the best, local and seasonal ingredients.

Amuse:

Heirloom tomato heart, evoo granita, sea salt

1st:

Stuffed Roma tomato, arborio rice, mushrooms, corn, eggplant

2nd:

Spaghetti, e.v.o.o poached tuna, tiny heirloom tomatoes, oregano

3rd:

Tomato brined pork loin, grilled radicchio, crushed purple potatoes, tomato jam

4th:

Tomato short cake, basil goat cheese mousse, candied tomatoes, watermelon
